CHICKEN FINGERS 
8 boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp. Accent - divided
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. ice water
1 egg
3 drops yellow food color
1 qt. oil

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Accent over chicken and wrap in heavy duty foil. Bake 30-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Mix flour, cornstarch, remaining Accent, baking powder, sugar and salt. Put egg, ice water and food color in blender. Add dry ingredients, blend and place in shallow bowl. Heat oil in heavy pot, or frying pan. Tear each breast into 3 pieces - dip into batter. Fry until golden brown and crispy, turning once. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or honey mustard.
