TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. diced onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 can milk
1 pkg. tater tots

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion. In medium bowl, combine soup and milk. Add to beef, let simmer. Bake tater tots for half of total baking time (according to package directions). Pour beef and soup mixture into casserole dish. Top with tater tots, return to oven until tater tots are golden brown. Serves 8.
