GINGER CRINKLES 
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp. molasses
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. granulated sugar (for dipping)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oil and sugar thoroughly. Add egg and beat well. Stir in molasses. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Drop teaspoonfuls into sugar and form into balls coated with sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cookies will flatten and crinkle. Makes about 5 dozen.
