MEXICAN SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp
1 1/2 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
Dash of Calamtro
4 lg. tomatoes, chopped
3 green peppers
2 tsp. vinegar
2 avocado
Salt to taste

Boil shrimp about 10 minutes. Place all ingredients together except avocado and let sit for 2-3 hours.
