BERRY JAM 
1 qt. fresh berries
3 packets unflavored gelatin, 4 tbsp.
1 tbsp. honey
2 c. white grape or apple juice

Sprinkle all gelatin over 1/2 cup fruit juice. Let soften for 3 minutes. Puree berries in blender. Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Pour into sterilized containers. Seal with paraffin. 10-15 calories/teaspoon.
