BAR-B-Q SHORT RIBS 
2 1/2-3 lb. beef short ribs (cut in 2" pieces)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. celery seed (or celery salt)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt (omit if use celery salt)
Hot pepper sauce to taste
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 c. ketchup

Place short ribs, onion and celery in cooking film bag or wrap (closing one end if using wrap). Place in baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all. Fasten and vent bag or wrap as directed on package. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until meat is tender, 1 1/2-1 3/4 hours. Remove ribs to platter. Skim fat from gravy, serve over ribs. Flavor is sweet and sour. Makes 4-6 servings.
