1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sugar
Bag of chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes on ungreased baking sheet until lightly browned. Place chocolate candy kiss in center of each cookie immediately after taking out of oven.
