LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground meat
1 sm. can tomato paste
4 cloves garlic
2 lg. onions, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lg. bell pepper (chopped)
Parmesan cheese
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can Dawn fresh brown gravy
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms (use juice)
2 stalks celery (chopped fine)
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Heat butter (oleo) and olive oil together; saute onions, green peppers, etc. Brown meat in another pan and drain off grease. After onions, etc. are soft, add tomato paste first and let cook 5 minutes.

Add tomato sauce, brown gravy, mushrooms with juice, meat. Rinse tomato can and add. Add garlic salt, pepper, salt and pepper to taste.

Boil 14 lasagna noodles and place in baking dish. Add gravy and 1 package of Mozzarella cheese (cut in 4 strips). Shake Parmesan cheese between layers of noodles. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30 minutes.
