APRICOT TARTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

FILLING:

Cooked sweetened apricots or apricot preserves
Confectioners' sugar

Mix dough ingredients well and chill overnight.

Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thick and cut into 2 inch squares. Place 1 teaspoon cooked and sweetened apricots or 1 tsp. apricot preserves, in center of each square. Fold two corners over and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake. When cool sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve.
