GRANDPA FRANK'S® STUFFED CLAMS | |
1 lb. minced clams 1 1/2 sticks butter 1/4 c. onion, chopped finely 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 columns Ritz crackers, crushed 1/4 tsp. thyme 2 tbsp. parsley 1/8 tsp. black pepper Paprika Melt butter in saucepan. Add chopped onions, drained clams, garlic, thyme and pepper. Saute for 15 minutes. Mix in the crushed Ritz crackers and the parsley. Pack mixture into clam shells or "scallop-shaped" baking dishes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. |
