STUFFED CLAM SHELLS 
1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine

Cook in 1/4 cup oil until soft. Drain off most oil. Add 2/3 to 1 cup Italian bread crumbs, and 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams with liquid. Mix well and stuff baking shells or in small 8x8 inch glass baking pan. Broil until slightly brown.
