BAKED STUFFED HAMBURGERS 
1/4 c. hot water
1 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1 lb. lean ground beef

Place water and butter in bowl and stir to partially melt butter. Add 1/4 cup barbecue sauce; mix well. Add stuffing mix and stir gently until water is absorbed.

Divide meat into 8 portions and pat each portion into a thin patty. Spread stuffing mixture on each of four patties. Cover each with remaining patties and carefully wrap meat around stuffing and press to seal.

Transfer patties into a 9-inch square baking dish. Pour remaining barbecue sauce over all. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until meat is baked through. Serves 4.
