BUTTER HORN ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
4 c. sifted flour
Melted butter
1 c. water

Dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons water. Combine sugar, shortening, 1 cup warm water, salt and eggs in large bowl, mix well. Add yeast and flour beat until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Knead dough adding enough flour to make a soft dough. Roll into circle, brush with butter. Cut into 16 triangles. Roll up let rise until double. Bake in 350 degree oven.
