EASY GREEN CHILI STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
3 (4 oz. ea.) diced green chilies (Ortega)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained (Hunts)
2 cups water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. coriander

In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown beef and pork; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with lid and simmer for 45 minutes.

Makes 10 servings.
