1 lg. box (sugar free) instant vanilla pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
1 carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
1 banana
Toasted coconut (optional)
1 pie shell of choice

Mix pudding mix with 1 3/4 cups milk. Add carton of Cool Whip. In bottom of cool pie shell, add 1 cup chopped nuts and sliced banana. Pour pudding mix into pie shell on top of nuts and banana. Top with toasted coconut.
