PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. nuts
1 c. corn oil
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin, solid pack, NOT pie filling
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water

Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin. Sift together dry ingredients; add to pumpkin mixture. Add water, pour into loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour. Makes 3 loaves. Let stand 10 minutes, then remove from pan to cool.
