CHEESY CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, halved & boned
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2-3/4 c. finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. Accent
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Add garlic to corn oil and let stand 20 minutes. Remove garlic. Mix together brad crumbs, cheeses, flavor enhancer, salt and pepper. Dip breast pieces in corn oil, then crumb mixture. Place in large shallow baking pan, stuffing extra cheese mixture inside then tucking sides under to form a neat ball. Breast pieces should not touch each other.

Pour remainder of corn oil over chicken pieces. Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease. Baste occasionally with pan juices if desired. Makes 6 servings.
