DOUBLE DELIGHT FUDGE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (1 c.) Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 pkg. (1 c.) Nestle's milk chocolate morsels

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a saucepan. Bring to full, rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups marshmallows, 3/4 cup chopped nuts and vanilla; stir until marshmallows melt and mixture is well blended.

To 2 cups hot mixture, add 1 cup semi-sweet morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is blended. Pour evenly into greased or aluminum foil-lined 8 inch square pan. To remaining hot mixture, add 1 cup milk chocolate morsels; stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is blended. Spread evenly over mixture in pan. Chill until firm (about 4 hours). Cut into squares. Makes about 2 3/4 pounds.
