GREEN GROTTO SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
Dash of salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped olives
1 c. chopped cucumbers
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Pour boiling water on Jello. Add salt, vinegar, chopped celery and chopped olives. Pour half into mold. Chill until firm. To remaining Jello, stir in cucumber, tuna fish, and mayonnaise. Pour onto firm Jello mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on salad greens, tuna fish side up.
