TANGY CHEESE RING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno or 2o-3 drops hot sauce

3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. garlic, minced 1 med. onion, grated 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 (18 oz.) jar peach preserves or any kind

Combine all ingredients except pecans and preserves. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup pecans on an oiled, 7-cup ring mold and press mixture into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on platter and put remaining pecans into cheese ring. Place preserves in center ring.

Garnish with parsley; serve with crackers.
