MOCHA RAISIN CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cold coffee
1 c. raisins

Sift together flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon and salt. Cream shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add dry ingredients alternately with coffee. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. 16 servings.
