OGO KINI CHEE 
1 lb. ogo (seaweed)
1/2 c. shoyu
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Green onions, chopped
Black pepper
Chili powder or chopped chili pepper
Salt to taste

Combine ingredients and pour over blanched seaweed.
