MACARONI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) box sm. macaroni noodles
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Dixie crystals sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. celery, finely minced
1 sm. onion, finely minced
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped well
1/2 green pepper, diced
Chopped sweet pickle to taste

Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain and run cold water over the macaroni. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Add chopped, diced and minced ingredients and the macaroni. Mix well and refrigerate.

A can of tuna, well drained, flaked into tiny particles, and mixed in with the rest of the ingredients turns this macaroni salad into a whole meal.
