LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
2/3 c. crushed pineapple (1 sm. can, undrained)
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix Jello with boiling water until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Mix together mayonnaise, cottage cheese, finely chopped celery, walnuts, undrained pineapple, sugar, and milk with wire whip. (Can use blender or food processor.) Pour into square container holding approximately 5 cups. Chill until firm or overnight. Cut in squares and serve on bed of lettuce for individual salads or cut and serve from container.
