BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
1 bag sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
4 whole chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Place chicken in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with cheese. Pour dressing over cheese. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
