2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1/3 c. olive oil
1 lg. ziploc bag

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients into ziploc bag and shake until potatoes are thoroughly coated.

Spread into roasting pan and bake approximately 40 minutes until golden.
