COLE SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
1 sm. carrot, shredded
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, grated

Combine above ingredients in large bowl. Toss with dressing, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve.

DRESSING:

1 (8 oz.) container light sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. garlic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
