CHICKEN CACCIATORA 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. frying or broiling chicken (quartered or cut into pieces)
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. minced instant garlic
1 pkg. (1 oz.) spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/4 c. water
6 oz. can tomato paste
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Cooked hot noodles for 4-5 servings

Brown chicken in hot oil in large fry pan. Add onion and garlic; brown slightly. Add remaining ingredients (except noodles). Cover pan and simmer for approximately 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve chicken and sauce over hot noodles.
