BROCCOLI TARTS 
2 lb. broccoli
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese

Bring salted water to a boil. Add chopped broccoli, boil without the lid about 4 minutes. Drain. Add to remaining items. Stir thoroughly and pour into individual crusts. At this stage it may be frozen. When ready to bake, bake at 325 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes or until centers are firm. When removing from freezer, let set at room temperature until thawed.

CRUST: Make crust from box mix. Or from your own recipe. Form in muffin pan. Add broccoli mixture.
