ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 boxes (3 1/4 oz. size) vanilla tapioca pudding (not the instant)
1 box (3 oz. size) orange Jello (lemon may be used if you wish a more tart salad)
2 c. orange juice
1 c. cold water

Mix and cook until it thickens; cool.

1 can (16 oz.) mandarin oranges, cut up
1 envelope Dream Whip (make according to directions on the envelope)

Mix with the pudding/Jello mixture and allow to set.
