VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen broccoli 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 to 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 c. bread, cut in sm. cubes Drain corn and mushrooms. Cook frozen vegetables. Combine cheese, soup, and cream style corn. Fold in remaining vegetables. Pour into 8 1/2 x 11 inch baking pan. Toss bread with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
