CHEESE CAKE - SMOOTH & CREAMY 
CRUST:

Cinnamon graham crackers, crushed (enough to cover bottom of pie dish)
4 oz. melted butter
Sprinkle with sugar

FILLING:

16 oz. (2 pkgs.) cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. + 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well with beaters.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
3-4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Make crust. Fill with filling and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, spread with topping. Bake 5 minutes at 475 degrees. Refrigerate overnight.
