LEMON FILLING FOR CAKES 
1/2 c. water
1 c. water
3 tbsp. lemon dessert
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. hot milk
2 egg yolks
Shredded coconut

Blend lemon dessert and water. Add beaten egg yolks, sugar and milk; cook in double boiler 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Slice bananas or strawberries, nuts, raisins or shredded coconut may be added.
