TACO SALAD 
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1(8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 jar Salsa
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 bag Tortilla Chips
1 head Lettuce

Fry beef and onion until browned. Drain well and let cool. Blend cream cheese and salsa with hand mixer. Chop lettuce. Put lettuce on the bottom of a large pie pan. Place beef then salsa mixture on lettuce and top with cheeses. Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator. Serve with tortilla chips.
