Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Mix together and refrigerate overnight: 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip salad dressing, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, and 1/4 cup sugar.

SALAD:

1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli flowerettes
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
10-12 pieces bacon

Fry bacon crisp and crumble over salad.
