NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
2 pkg. cream cheese
2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sour cream

Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and light. Beat in eggs (1 at a time), vanilla and cornstarch until well blended. Stir in sour cream. Stir mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake on 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 200 degrees and bake 45 minutes. Turn off oven and allow to cool with oven door slightly open for 3 hours. Best when using a spring form pan.
