NO CRUST CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk

Cream cheese and sugar until well blended in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend well on high. Add remaining ingredients and continue mixing well with mixer on high speed.

Pour into 2-quart flat baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in oven for one hour longer.
