SOY - OAT PATTIES 
10 c. soy beans (5 c. dry)
5 c. water
20 tbsp. flaked yeast
3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. Italian seasoning
5 tsp. salt
6 1/4 c. dry oatmeal
5 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. gluten flour

Soak dry soak beans overnight. Next day combine soy beans and water in blender and chop fine. Combine other ingredients. Let stand 10 minutes to absorb moisture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes covered. Flip 10 minutes more. Uncover and brown each side 10 minutes more. This recipe is for a large family.
