CANDIED MEAT LOAF 
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add meat, seasonings, eggs, and onion. Mix well. Form in loaf and put in greased pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

For topping, stir together sugar, nutmeg, catsup, and mustard. Take meat loaf out of oven when done and smear sauce over top. Return it to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes and serve.
