ZUCCHINI-CURRY SOUP 
2 med. zucchini, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. curry power
1 c. sour cream or yogurt

Cook first 4 ingredients for 7 minutes. Cool. Puree mixture in blender. Return to pan. Whisk in yogurt or sour cream. Serve hot or cold.
