3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
2 lbs. confectioners sugar
1 (16 oz.) melted dipping chocolate

Mix together 3 cups creamy peanut butter, 1 1/2 sticks softened butter and 2 pounds confectioners sugar. Form into small balls. Using a toothpick, dip balls into 16 ounces of melted dipping chocolate until almost covered, leaving some of peanut butter mixture exposed on top. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
