SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
1 pkg. Stove Top long grain and wild rice stuffing mix
2 tbsp.-1/2 c. crumbled cooked bacon
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 c. water
2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Frenchs mustard

Wash and rain spinach; pat dry. Place spinach in salad bowl. Top with contents of crumb packet, bacon and chopped egg. Bring water and seasoning packet to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 6 minutes. Stir in oil, vinegar and mustard and bring back to a boil. Pour hot dressing over greens, the mix lightly but thoroughly and serve. Enjoy!
