BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
1 qt. flour (4 c.)
2 tbsp. lard, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3/4 pt. buttermilk

Pat this to the thickness you want. Cut. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown.
