BREAD STUFFING 
1 (16 oz.) Wheat Bread
1 (16 oz.) White Bread
1 stick of butter
1 c. Celery, diced
1/2 c. Onion, diced
1 c. Chicken/Turkey Broth
2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
Water

Night before: Dice wheat and white bread. Cook celery and onion in butter until translucent. Add to cubed bread. Mix broth, seasoning, egg, salt, pepper together. Add to cubed bread. Add water as needed so mixture is moist.

Bake at 350°F uncovered for 45 minutes.
