1 pound ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (9 or 10 in.) unbaked pastry shell
4 oz. processed American cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine beef, milk, ketchup, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and oregano. Mix thoroughly, spread in the unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Toss together cheese and Worcestershire sauce; spread atop the meat. Bake for 10 minutes more. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
