CHICKEN SALSA CASSEROLE 
8 pieces chicken
2 lg. jars salsa
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettucini
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
Onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano to taste
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese

I use leg and thigh quarters of chicken. Cook and debone chicken. Use broth to cook the fettucini. Add other ingredients and cook on low temperature about 15 minutes. In baking dish spoon ingredients in layers, topping each layer with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. This freezes well.
