ANISE COOKIES 
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil, butter
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. anise
6 tsp. baking powder
4 1/2-5 c. sifted flour

ICING:

1/2 lb. powdered sugar
Drops milk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
Food coloring, if desired
Sprinkles

Mix in order given. Add flour so dough is slightly sticky. Shape into walnut sized balls. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees, until lightly golden brown. Cool.

Icing: Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Icing should be thin and spreadable, but not runny. Add color. Spread on cooled cookies. Top with sprinkles.
