3 c. cooked minced lamb or beef 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 2/3 c. gravy 3 c. seasoned mashed potatoes Salt and pepper to taste Butter a shallow casserole and spread a third of the potatoes around the sides. Add meat mixture. Top with remaining potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 4 servings. May be prepared ahead of time and left uncooked. |
