MEATBALLS 
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. meat loaf seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
3/4 c. catsup
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Pour tomato juice over bread crumbs. Add meat, pepper, salt, garlic, meat loaf seasoning, onion and chopped pepper. Mix well and shape into round balls. Place in a casserole dish. Combine the catsup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and water. Stir well. Pour over meatballs.

Bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes.
