PISTACHIO PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, soft
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix and press on pan 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 container (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat and pour on crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

Beat and spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts.
